RS calculator

The RS calculator is capable to compute ER status, HER2 status and survival [recurrence score and recurrence risk] for a breast cancer patient using pre-defined sets of genes measured by Affymetrix microarrays.

Input

A pre-selected .CEL file with clinical data will be loaded for the analysis. You do not need to set any of the above parameters.

Compute

Check the CEL file for biases acquired during sample processing, hybridization and array scanning.

The recurrence score classifies the patient into three categories as having high, intermediate or low risk of recurrence.

The risk category is based on a minimal set of genes depending on lymph node status. The classification output is either high or low risk of recurrence.
